Just a little bit about Bleck.
WHO IS BLECKSHIRE
Born and raised in southern Houston, Texas, Bleckshire has always been in love with music. Exploring different aspects of music at an early age, Bleck moved to Georgia as a teenager where he'd first experiment with actual lyricism and rapping.
Meeting up with a number of friends who shared his love for music, they began a freestyle group. Bleckshire eventually started looking into writing and recording his music. Teaching himself the ins and outs of audio engineering, he purchased various equipment and started recording and releasing tracks online. Bleck has often stated that he cares not to go mainstream nor obtain a record deal of any sort.
Growing up in Texas, many of his influences are from there. Including artists such as Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Scarface, Lil' Keke, Trae, Z-Ro and many more.I'm not looking to profit or get big from this. That ain't my focus. I love creating music and I do what I love. No one has to like it, I still do me regardless. - Bleckshire
Bleckshire has been featured on a number of tracks and mixtapes. His own free solo album, titled "Unspoken", released March 11, 2010 in physical distribution and the online digital version released March 30, 2010. You can download it here.
